uhm.. #12 isn't really behind the sacret carrot... it's on the other side of the passage
Renamed it. It was just the description from LBArchitect.
P.S.: Did I break a new record for posting 14 posts in a row? :D
There seems to be a river in #6. How will we work that out?

Not for this one ;)
Yes, I also think they aren't attached, but I think the distant shouldn't be small.

We can connect somewhere in the sea, maybe.
#8 seems to be helpfull. :)

May not be a problem since we have the hole fort scene that leads to both sides.

a lot of the hamalyi stuff is very unspecific on the holomap, so we need locations

I think this one is not so tricky.
Do we need a holomap overview here, too? Because that'd require holomap screenshots for a lot of scenes. (all the ones listed here + mutant factory)

Yes / No?
Though I could easily make up the answer myself. :p

I think its always better to have one ;)
Phew...
Here finally is my holomap overview of the Hamalayi Mountains.

Some numbers got a different color just to make them more readable on the dark background. If you have problems reading the others, I'll have to make the whole thing again...
M = Position of the Mutant Factory.
The position of #9 is very interesting. It also is quite far away from #10. :?

hmm.. #7 and #8 are quite far apart...
#11 is also kind of odd
but yeah.. #9 is very odd, must be an error... no way Twinsen could walk that distance when the part from #8 to #9 was already too much for him.

It was only too much for him because of the snow storm. When you go this way a second time, he seems to have no problems with it.
I think the distance between #2 and #3 is rather long.
Additionally, and despite the idea of a tunnel is rather strange, it is going from #10 directly to #3. :-/

well.. it's tunnel
the thing with #9 is that in #9 there is a rabibunny, why would he be in the middle of nowhere
Let me think of it. #9 is a rather large grid. At the beginning you are on top of the mountain. It is that high that there's a ski lift up to it. The holomap can only display one position per grid at the same time. The position shown at #9 might refer to the top of the mountain, or to the lower part of it.
The ski lift and the rabbibunny are wierd. The lift is activated by a red card ... etc. (add story discussion here).

it would make more sense if #9 was between #2 and #10
Are the white spots on the map high areas? Or does the coloring have no meaning?

it's not a hightmap... it's simply actually color
white is more or less always snow
The hight is actually featured by the 3D appearance of the holomap surface.
What to do with #9 then?
Make up our own position or keep the original?
Can you explain to me what's wrong with #11?

I though it would be closer to the village and not really near water
