I think Freak_with_a_loaded_gun is just Evil Twinsen registering a new name, so that he can get 6 warnings b4 he is kicked out rather than the none that he's got left.

El could see the IP addresses, so he might be able to see if Evil_Twinsen and Freak_with_a_loaded_gun are the same person.

But I don't know if Evil_Twinsen would do something like that. I just know him too bad for that.

On the index page you'll see who is the latest member, it's in the upper left corner.

About those ips, I only know a persons IP when they have posted at least one message. I can see that Evil Twinsen is using a dialup connection, and has till now used two diffirent ways to connect to this forum (two diffirent groups of IP addresses), the IP address that he uses most have not be used by other people, so I will easily know if it's Evil. But then again, whay would he try something like that, why should anybody who has visited this forum more then once think they can fake a user.
