Is that Bar Karma show interesting ? It must hard to put ideas that weren't yours in a show you're doing. Plus isn't doing that sacrifying an overall story ?

Absolutely not, imo. All you need to do is find people who share your wavelength of thought, and the story will become much richer and deeper.

Absolutely.
I think in general its easier for one writer to do a ¨tight¨ story if they are good, but many writers who ¨get¨ each other can provide much more ideas. (and, for that matter critism and consistency checking)

The problem is many times when you see multiple writers on films etc, its not that they really worked together, its just that its a script thats been handed to half a dozen people over a decade till the studio had something that ticked all the boxś.
