To be honest, I have no idea of which actor should be which character in the game. However, if you are looking for good actors, use either Jacki Chan or Chuck Norris as Twinsen. That would be totally awesome!

I think MJFox is a bit too old now (if it was live action). Certainly having him and Lloyd as Baldino would be perfect if it was animated.
Jack Nicholson as funfriock, however, I could picture live action really well
