India Visit
Well - I have recently returned from a trip to a friend's wedding in India - Wow - quite an experience. Sadly my guts are still recovering and I spent 4 days in bed. Never the less - here are some of my photos if you're interested. If you just want the arty ones then go to my Deviant Art page

Is it just me, or does everyone have some sort of gastrointestinal disorder after going to India or eating Indian food? Not sure what it is...

It's not just you, a collegue was in india a few months ago and was also sick for 2 weeks.

Well a strong stomach and some internal hygiene controls! The main problem was not the food but the plethora bacteria we picked up along with it! Have been ill for about 10 days now - not nice! Still waiting on test results which means no medication yet either.

As for the trip we went to Delhi only although some of the others went to Agra and the Taj Mahal when I was ill.

don't think hygiene is that big a problem in India, the main problem is that it's really warm weather, up to 49 degrees so you have to eat lightly, you can't eat as much as you do in UK cause you won't digest the food properly, I was sick when I went there because I ate loads. But you have to be careful where you eat...

Yeah - but after day 1 I didn't eat much of anything at all
