I know they used a whole different model for quetches in LBA 1/2 but his face is much too wide there. Way too human not to be scary...

I always pictured LBA 3 as having the kind of graphics they had for the cutscenes by the time it was released, and by the look of things, we'll have more than the capacity for that by the time that happens .

Angry twinsen, i am trying things, the cutscenes graphics are terrible"first one was inspired on them, big eyes for say", the ingame graphics are the main reference for me, the reason for the cutscenes to have twinsen the way he was, was due to technology and production constraints, remember this was when toy story first came out, i am trying to get some update to twinsen, i just started yesterday have not messed much with it yet, i ll be trying few things, some styles that might not be exactly twinsen but feels like him.

Personally I'd prefer the cutscene graphics to such an almost humanlike nature. Maybe with a little bit more detail though.

I don't think the cutscenes were necessarily that style because of limitations, I think it was to invite a certain feel to the game. I'm pretty sure that if a 3rd one was made by Fred it'd follow a similar graphics trend.

Reminder, Twinsen is a Quetch, which is a humanoid, but not a human. Don't tell me the Francos are going to have rounded edges because they're meant to be hot dogs too .

I am working backwards on it, starting realistic and trying to stylize it until it feels like twinsen, but i can totally bet with you the reason cutscenes had twinsen looking like a potato were due to technology issues, at that time cutscenes had to be done that way, a bunch of spheres and sausages.

Thats whats so genius about it, he took the limitations and used it to dictate the style of the world and game, if you look at soul bubbles now, you will see how it is much more along the lines of the ingame graphics with more hard shapes and much much better forms

I see where hes going. LBA would be cool with such graphics, but what you have currently (well the face atleast) is just scary :S lol
