1. Builders work with salary = stable income. Musicians have to sell their music, and noone knows if people will like it or for how long. Musicians may also not feel inspiried. A builder has guaranteed work that only has to follow logical rules and systems.
2. Not all musicians are signed to publishers;
3. People want the building and don't care for the company that built it or the workers who did it. Anyone could do it.
