I used to move around a lot due to family employment reasons (China, Poland, Belgium, Milan), and now I'm moving due to my own academic/employment reasons (U.K., Portugal). Right now I'm conducting a research project (piccolo chimico style) in PT and in July I'll go work as an engineer for a year, and then back to Uni for my final year, it'll be hectic!

Sadly enough there exists no quasi on par for pizza outside Nnapule, afaik... The best I've eaten is the FLB franchise, that's pretty standard wherever you go, but never like the original. I facepalm at my friends who tell me how good dominos is and that pizza is from America...

For sure, when i'm back ill let you know! Where do you live? In the city or you are a regular user of the wonderful vesuviana?

I wish I was more versed in the Neapolitan dialect, I do love it very much, but unfortunately I never had the chance to live there long term. I do go back to the terra madre about 3-5 times a year though

I've moved to Braga in February and I'll be moving out to outside London in July and stay there for a year before going back to University. Btw Portugal is the only country I have found where 'o cafè' is quasi on par with Napoli standards, amazing!
