TwinEngine has been added to ScummVM
A new developer has picked up the TwinEngine, a remake of the LBA1 engine, and has ported it over to ScummVM.
ScummVM is an video game engine platform which is able to run a lot of classic video games. Originally made for the LucasArts adventure games, it now supports over 280 games. |

Well, I come here every now and then... Sometimes I just think about what page to check, and my hand automatically enters this. No bookmark needed, I've used this webpage at least a hundred times. I check it almost every month, and yes, most of the time nothing new comes up, but sometimes... just sometimes there is something interesting.
Like now :) Even though, I have very little understanding on why ScummVM... ScummVM is used for 2D games. Every 2.5 game I know is in the ResidualVM project. (Among Myst 3, and Grim Fandango and The Longest Journey) I wholeheartedly welcome this news :) Really, really awesome news. I hope that it'll be downloadable and playable soon :) (not that the dotemu version would be bad on anything, but still.) |
