Found this while browsing Peter Elson's (1947–1998) site.

He was the author of some of my favourite sci-fi book covers! Just goes to show that there are, or where LBA fans in the most unusual of places...!

:zombie:

I am so impressed by this masterpiece !

Maybe we should contact his family and see if he made more LBA drawings during his life ??

Polaris 2010-09-02 13:57

:eek::stupid:

Very nice indeed !

fanlba 2010-09-02 22:08

Really amazing :O !!

How did you find it ? :)

Echomote 2010-09-02 22:51

Jasiek 2010-09-02 23:20

@fanlba, as I said, I was browsing the site of one of my favourite book cover authors when I found this.

Reek 2010-09-03 01:55

friggin awesome!

makes me thirst for more new lbaness :(

Darkflame 2010-09-03 16:48

Astonishing.
Just goes to show LBA fans are everywhere :)

Kobold 2010-09-03 17:14

Pretty awesome. :)

Though I wonder what's up with that scene. I know it's from the cover, but this area around the Temple of Bù was never an area where Dino-Fly could move around.

David 2010-09-03 17:22

that's art, and it doesn't need to be exactly as the game is

Its after the game, they are circulating around making plans for the themepark. :D

Darkflame 2010-09-03 19:17

I'm wondering if this perhaps should be news worthy actually?

RGaspar 2010-09-03 20:42

Cool stuff!

Now we just need a sequel of these old games. >_>

MatheusMK3 2010-09-03 22:04

W.o.W!

Reek 2010-09-03 23:12

not that i really expect an explanation but i too always found it weird that the temple of bu seems to be floating in god knows where. also when twinsen steps out of it with the book it doesn't look like there's a way for him to get back to the surface.

Maybe it is Darkflame. The site says you can contact his family to order prints!
