Tiled -Citadel Island (Pokemon GSC tileset)

I've been experimenting with Tiled to get practice with how to use it for a project but seems we're moving away from that in favor of something else I'm unsure.

Thought I'd post what I've made so far; its Citadel Island using the Pokemon Gold/Silver/Crystal tileset.

The tileset doesn't let me place some tiles in certain directions or positions so there are placeholders unfortunately. To fix this I'd need to recreate the tileset or mess with the options in Tiled maybe? in order to better fix this map up.

Anyone here played with Tiled? Its pretty quick to make stuff and felt like using paint.

Pokemon Citadel looks super cool, i like it alot ! I wonder if i'd be possible to make it playable as well? That probably wasn't your intention, like you said it was more for practise. I'm still interested to find out if such a thing could be done.

I'm messing about with the tileset at the moment by re-arranging it to what I need by grouping it together (so I don't spend as long hunting for the right tiles).

I'm using Paint.net with 2 layers; the top layer is the tile and the one below are 4 brightly coloured tiles highlighting the lack of tile on that spot so its easier to visually spot any errors from afar.

Playable game? Should be possible, then again this is really easy and a couple of games could simply import it such as RPG maker or Blades of Exile by Spiderweb using their editor to recreate this using a tileset.
