I accidently bumped into this marvelous application! It's called GAP (Game Audio Player), and it can play and convert mucis from LOADS of games. All you need to do is to download the program, download the play lists from the site and have the game, and this program plays or converts it.

I converted all Neverhood music and burned it on a disc, very cool.
