I have LBA Architect, its very good for beginers in place creations, i used it but i havent got imagination to know what create, but you gived to me an idea, i'll create something are not real, okay ill present it in a few weeks.

OK, I got The library file, grid file, and scene file in the designer... but how do I get only one Brick file?! I have about 60 of them in my one hqs file!

You don't have to get separate library, grid, scene and brick files. Designer supports hqs files. Just set the same hqs file for all columns in one row, and the program will extract the necessary files automatically.
