LBA3 now possible on kickstarter
One of the main reasons we were given for now having LBA3 on Kickstarter was the fact that it was not possible to start projects based on a country that was not the USA or the UK
If you look at this page, you see that there are dozens of projects based on Paris France http://www.kickstarter.com/discover/...is-fr?ref=more So now here is my conclusion. It is possible to start a LBA3 campaign on kickstarter

Damn it. REally I can't believe this is so hard. There's gotta be an investor willing to help out there in the US...
