Guess I should make Polar Island and Fortress Island for LBAX then. I mean: it would be QUITE hard to make the WHOLE islands from just the bunch you see in LBA/Relentless, but I'll try to do it (and I'm going to finish it).

here is a vague story idea:

~LBAX: beginnings of a proposed storyline…

Ok from searching through many fragmented ideas on the MBN and also adding much of my own, here is something like a storyline beginnings:

In a nutshell:
-The planet is getting along nicely since FF’s last diabolical plan (don’t know if this is LBA1+ or 2+) but there are still several obstacles to the re-development of Twinsun (+ maybe Zeelich)
1: There is a bunch of clone soldiers that have been hiding in the tunnels under the Old Citadel, who have suddenly made themselves known and are negotiating an amnesty.
2. A whole bunch of mutants were trapped in there with them, so they keep getting out and causing havoc
3. Some kind of militaristic organisation is mustering forces on Principal Island, who appear to be ready to come into the open soon
4. There is some kind of thing making the wizards very concerned up near Polar Island, so they have build a research centre up there and are very busy
5. There are sandstorms ravageing Desert Island, which is very inconveniant for the people digging up the Temple of Bu
6. Wandering along the Himalayas are humanoid beings made out of snow which seem to be able to teleport through any single snowfalke and have some kind of significantce to the wizards, but ehy're not letting on and the snow-man can't talk, unfortunatly. they appear most by the clear water lake
7. Fortress island is being repopulated by rabbibunnies, but they're sorceror has vanished
8. Dinofly is somewhere on Tippet island, and hasn't left for some time. He seems to be anticipatnig something there, but isnt letting on what
[9. (If this is post LBA2) The Cattish race from a nearby planet has opened various warp-gates onto Twinsun and are benefiting everyone generally, but hundreds of criminals have fled to your planet and Zeelich from the authorities. You will find them on Brundle island, where they have fixed the teleportation centre and are wreaking havoc with it]
-All of this is instigated by a mysterious black-clad assassin, who also happens to have an insectoid god lodged inside his head. The point of this is to get the Heir’s Power inside Twinsen to activate again so the god can feed off it and mature into full existence again

-The Gods’ story: Ages ago, before the Sendels but in the time when the Stellar Entity was created, three gods of utmost power lived. Their constant sparring put the Entity’s survival in jeopardy, so They had to stop, but They devised a new game: Each left reality and life and placed huge spell wards on each other, and the first to regain full life would win. They placed their spells then, to separate the living and real world from death and the undead. When They regressed to death, however, They found that Their almighty powers were diminished, and They could not come back. Thus was death created, and life was able to exist with it. In time, the Sendels came into being from somewhere else in reality or un-reality and made the first living beings. Each of the gods, however, kept trying to return, immortal and unable to pass from life completely and. Bu, goddess of the earth, streams and stones, contacted the first peoples of the earth. She had them build temples to Her and instructed them to record life and events on Twinsun, as they called it. Belhizare, god of the fight, of steel and things made to destroy, rested and hoarded his power, hoping one day to break through the spells of death into life. The last one’s name was forgotten, by his fellow divinities and even himself, as he forced his power with unrelenting futility against the walls and cages that were partly his and constituted death

So the insectoid god in the head of the assassin is the forgetten one, Belhizare plots in the background also, and entertains a little backstabbing later i think. what does every1 think? ive tried to include something for each island on twinsun, and im not sure about the timeing for this. what is the status of arthur? what has been decided about this project?

I really have to say that your idea is original, but I have else to ask you to not include too much Bu in the middle of this adventure. I also put Bú in my own story.
I can help you with part of the story. Ask me about the storyline and i will help you, if you want of course

I am with some nice ideas and maybe you can use them.

Just a thing: you usually can't justify to the players if there is too much havoc in just one time. Don't turn Twinsen too much the Protected by God too.
I think the old rebels will not like it very much, so they will probably make a well armored base to counter the attack of evil. For that forbidden islands are the best. You could put them in Rebel Island AND in Funky town too.

what do you mean about not puting in so much bu? and i know there are a lot of ideas (1 2 3 4 5 etc) but that is so that some could be used and some not with periods of calm to stop the motion of the game being stunted by too much squiched together. i also need to think of some random quest at the begining that has nothing to do with anything to set it all moving

and crap, i forgot about rebelion island... the point is though that this all hapens openly but there is the secret undercurent of the mysterious man that keeps poping you up and almost killing/saving you

btw what is your idea?

I'm only asking you to not, for example, describe too much bú because in my story the old templars used strange green color glooming things called energy of bú. Bú can become a god in my game too, but if you describe it too much, I'll have to rewrite my story

Golemboy,your story is very good (and it`s seems that`s the only one which has enought lenght).My question is: could you probably try to connect all that stuff in one whole body (like novel or something)?May be anyone from the other dudes would help.Also I think that this would help you to add some other details,to rework others even.
If you ask me you`ll defenetly need help from someone else.The story is good indeed and if you manage to make it as real scenario,the only thing that will be needed is mad_aeon`s approval (and I`m sure that you`ll get it ).

Also,according to your story It`s very interesting for now,but posting in the forum you`re risking to make everyone loose interest to the storyline (because they`ll already know it and as you know this is the most important part from the game).For the same reason I`ve asked Alex to send his art directly to me.Please understand me.
Something else I need you to send me a copies of all that stuff you write for the project,because I wouldn`t know what models/animations to make,also the scripts will be very useful for Alex too(for the conceptual art).
