Enemy Stats

[Kobold]

Having a look at the enemy articles currently around (Terrain Soldier, Yellow Rabbibunny clone, Yellow Grobo clone), I get presented stats like:
Strength Range: Yellow
On hit: Move sideways
Recovery: 0.7 seconds
Firing rate: 2 seconds
Damage per hit: 8%
Weapon range: Melee
Move Speed: 14.4 kph average; 18 maximum

Now I'm asking myself, how do you calculate those? Who did this? How do you measure kph ingame?
I'd want to write new articles concerning enemies, but I have no clue how to create their stats.

Btw: El, would it be possible to have some kind of [twinsunica]blalala[/twinsunica] tag for the forum creating a link to twinsunica.waxo.nl/index.php/Blalala ?

Lightwing calculated it, no idea how. Not even sure if it's based on actual facts.


As for the tag, I also thought of that, but was too embarrassed to ask . Maybe also one for Wikipedia

I think Lightwing measured in-game distance by some means and calculated their speeds using that.
