not working!
I'm getting exactly the same problem! It's been a while since i last played it...please someone help! I love this game!!!!!

Probably but everytime i try to post it in the relevent place, it comes back saying something about how i'm not authorised or haven't activated my account, which i have!
Can u help? I was replying to Philads guy, problems when running the cd, the graphics have lines going across the screen and you can't see a thing!

OK, what are you talking about?
Do you have a problem with the games? Which LBA exactly? (there are 2 of them, you know...) And besides, how can we help you if you don't tell us what problem you have? How do you expect people to reply to "the game is not working"? If you have the distorted graphics problem at LBA 2, download the patch from the sticky thread in this forum.

like i said, the problem relates to philads guy, i was trying to post a reply to his post ok! Of course i don't expect anyone to reply to just "not working" !!!
and it's with the LBA2 disc...when i run it there are lines running across the screen and you can't see anything. I've already tried the patch and it comes up in the black box saying lba2.exe can't be found and twinsen.exe can't be found.

Did you copy the patch to the location where you have the game installed and run it from there?

Hey SamSam,
I just replied in another topic that I had the same problem. Xp Home Lines through the graphics Ati Radeon 9000 card -noting the patch is not Geforce specific I grabbed that patch, LBA2patch.zip Extract it to the Twinsen folder, I ran the patch, a dos window should appear reporting status "hit any key", I ran Twinsen and the lines are all gone ^_^
