In Hebrew we have this letter, it sort of comes from the throat... it doesn't have an English equivalent, and most western people aren't able to pronounce it at all.

I was hanging around in Be'er Sheva today, when I suddenly saw a gifts shop. On the display window, there was a toy cow. And on it, a big writing saying "Sex Machine" XD XD XD
