Is Dino-Fly a Nazi?

Spoiler:
No.

I just thought I should clear that up.

Thanks for pointing that out
But regardless, I would have never even considered it anyway, even if somebody called you one.
It isn't appropriate for anyone to call you like that, so I think you don't need to explain.

That's good, because the only thing I love more than the Fuehrer are my nekonekobonuspoints.

As a bonus, here's Donald Duck as a Nazi.

There was an accusation along those lines a month or so ago that I only read yesterday, and while it personally isn't that big a deal to me, I just want to make sure that others on the forum don't think of me along those same lines as a result. You know how the internet is: you post a video of you peeing off the roof of your house when you're twelve...20 years later you don't understand why no-one wants to hire you even when the interview went great.

To be honest I always find the Walt Disney WWII videos a bit uncomfortable.
Something about child propaganda is very disturbing to me.

Wtf, what a crazy episode! I can't belive this was ever released on television... Although it is an obvious atemptive of USA's government to lower the influence of nazism on the world, as this episode was launched in 1943.

The interesting thing as that these shorts were not actually directed at children. Sure, they weren't high-brow by any means, but considering they were shown as bits prior to full-length movies, the normal audience was outgoing adults. The idea of the cartoons/animation taking on a more juvenile-oriented role came much later (to a large extent).

Well now I feel a little stupid.
Sometimes I forget that there was a time when TV's weren't as common as fridges.

Don't you remember the black and white era ?
Your whole family would come to your house to watch that new eposide, and sit in front of the tiny screen, and you'd feel like the richest family of the town

Maybe I wasn't born yet either...

Don't feel stupid, it's hard to think of cartoons as anything other than kids shows at this point. Obvious exceptions include anime and more adult animation like The Simpsons, but comparatively animated shows for children are in the majority.

I haven't really thought about why animation became largely a niche for children's programming. I'd suspect for television at least the costs are less than a live-action production, which makes it easy to churn out dozens of cheap, forgettable shows that kids watch.

To be honest, at least half of the stuff "for children" are actually anime originally targeted at older audiences that get bought by western companies and dumbed down onto a 9-year-old level so they can maximize vieweship and sell related merchandise.

I was referring more to stuff that the Disney Channel and other animation studios put out, but sure, that's true too.

Disney Channel is dubbed too though. I see it here in Holland happen al the time (into Dutch), around certain times of the clock.

I absolutely hate that kind of shit.
English FTW.

The difference between public and pubic, is that "public" are the actions Hitler did while he was wearing his suit, and anything involving "pubic", when he took it off.

Maybe she's an exhibitionist, and thus, it is public? #besttypoever
