StarCraft II Beta

I'd say it's nice. Sure it feels more like StarCraft 1.3 with updated graphics, but that's not necessarily bad. Whether it's worth all the hype is an entirely different question, for me it depends on how the campaign part works out. At least the matchmaking system is fair enough.

It's free so far so I can't really complain.

Lego Universe - Getting better. Was even more bugs this time I played, but having just opened up a new area, thats probably to be expected.
Cant go into too many details, but its pretty fun and not like a normal MMO at all. Far more like a traditional one player game...only with many players :P

Radical Dreamers

The second title of the Chrono series, but this is a text-based adventure where you sometime have to make choices. It came out only in japan, but a fan group called DEMIFORCE made a very good translation.

The game is very basic, but not badly written, it uses some high-standard english words or expressions, like "looms" or "peculiar", "I can't help but notice" good for practice if you are learning english.

Else, the storyline is cool and it can sometime make feel deep feelings, not very deep, but more than the average games.

EDIT : forgot to mention, there are 7 different endings.

Mass Effect 1

It was a nice game, but not that great. The ending sucked. Good enough to want me to play the sequel (one day). I'd have loved if the Good/Evil paths played a bigger role in the main scheme of things.

Last game I've played was Heavy Rain (yaz0r is part of the team behind it) and it's a brilliant game.

Currently and in hold on state, I'm playing God Of War 3. I'm probably at the middle of the game and in few hours I can finish it, just need to get the right chance and feeling to do it.

COD6 - Perhaps the best multiplayer fps of its style (counter strike that it). Campaign was pretty good, albiet quite short.

Mass Effect 2 - I was a huge fan of the first installment, this one did not disappoint. My only complaint is that the ending feels very sudden.

God Of War 3 - Ridiculously high production value, this game is an absolute gem. The environments are varied, the story keeps you interesting, and you get to fight every god that ever existed, need i say more?

Just Cause - GTA on steroids. I havn't gotten very far, so I wont comment much on it. Thus far it seems to be fun and dissorientating (maps and missions not labled clearly, story is bullocks, gameplay is quite good

Geometry Wars 2 - Has given me RSI. Im only playing it on the time trial endlessly because I cannot understand how someone has managed to got a score of 199 million while I, at my very best, only got 4 :P

Battlefield Badcompany 2 - Tanks, UAVs, anti air guns, mounted heavy machine guns/missle launchers. There's a lot of toys to play with, and gameplay revolves around teamwork. Its more laid back than cod6 (you get to stay alive for more than 10secs before someone stabs you in the back... repeatedly), and hence a lot less frustrating.

He work since the beginning of Heavy Rain. I think he went to Quantic Dream in 2006, and he's still there

Edit: Ah, he made part of the Engine team

(taken from Retail F.a.Q. " 1.) What happens when HoN goes retail?

When HoN goes retail it will require a paid account to play. If you have not purchased your account you may do so by visiting [a site]

2.) Will HoN be free? How much will it cost? Are there any recurring fees?
HoN will not be free, it will cost a ONE TIME $30.00 USD payment with ZERO recurring fees.")

Is anyone here still looking for a StarCraft II Beta Key but doesn't have one? I got a free extra code and I don't know anybody who's interested.

HoN only costs $30 which is nothing for a video game, so im going to buy it, orbably before the 5th.

Kobold, I would very much like a beta key!

So me and my American friend got ourselves Monster Hunter 3 to play it online with each other - and happened to find out that the online feature is continentally locked. I'm seriously pissed off now. There's no reason for this at all.

I now consider hacking my Wii to play the American version of the game on it.

Is there a subscription cost in the US
I know their is in Japan..maybe subscription/free region servers are different. Still stupid though. (I wanted to get that game too ).
---

Anyway... I haven't played any of the games from the insane-fabulous-offer yet.
Did play more of LegoUniverse on Thursday, that was the last game I played.
Shaping up quite nicely although I'm playing it quite like a single player game really that probably isnt the point

I get even more bored after playing flash-games, I really can't understand what people find in those.
