LBA2: Loaded enviornment is black in full screen

When the game loads a new environment it is completely black, except where there is animation -- almost like fog of war. This is only the case when the game runs full screen. The loading between places is sluggish, too.

What can I do about it? Dosbox runs at full CPU cycles.

I'm not able to run the FunnyFrog's patch, because I run Vista x64. If someone could send/upload a patched version of the exe file that would be great.

A patched verison made no difference to the graphics glitches.

For the record I got a NVIDIA GTX 260 with updated drivers.

Yes it's true, you don't need funnyfrog's patch in DosBox.

I mean full as in "max."

The FunnyFrog patch made no difference, as I said.

The problem you're describing is also not the typical diagnosis of the problem that FunnyFrog's patch fixes.
Have you set DosBox to use a proper rendering device instead of surface rendering, like OpenGL or ddraw? If you don't know what I'm talking about, you probably haven't.
