UFO Dark Monk

On the whole, I'm quite proud of this, but there are a few things, such as the ball of fire and some of the light sources, that I'm not happy with. It took me a while to realise that Dark Monk's 'crown' is actually a horned halo.

I wouldn't be concerned about the lightning if I was you

The only thing I can remark about the pic is the right hand, but for the rest I can only say I envy your drawing skills

oh and, you used waxchalk (or how you call it) didn't you?

Thanks.
Actually, I used pencils, but they are certain ones which have a bit of wax in them, so they give a waxy appearance as a result.

Wow, that's great. Is it meant to be set on the Island of the Celebration?

Yes, it's at the island of Celebration. I'm not sure exactly where, but definitely Celebration. I was originally thinking of having Dark Monk standing on top of the temple, as Funfrock does in LBA2, but it would have meant that I wouldn't have done the swirly red mist behind him (and that was one of the reasons I decided to do the picture).

Cool - really nice work. I think the lighting is quite atmospheric really. The fireball does need lightening a bit... but I don't know how... ah well, nice work
