I've bought several games from GOG.com recently and made a curious observation. There seem to be no games that had EA associated with in any way. Maybe it's because of the lack of DRM on GOG.com (as we know EA makes the most intrusive DRM and will surely not accept this even for an old and financially useless game). This is surely the reason why the Westwood catalogue is absent, too.

I read in an interview with GOG.com creators that there are many developers that contact them to sell the games. Are we sure that Sir Frederick Raynal knows about GOG.com? It's possible he could help if not all the rights were handed over to the friggin' EA?

LBA was also published by Activision. I doubt that EA has all the rights for publishing.
