Hello,

Have you thinked LBA can be a very good book ?
Maybe fights aren't good to write but temple's explorations are very nice to write.
What do you think ?

Welcome to the forum La fouine!

Hmm never thought of that... nah, LBA should stay a game, if you want a book you can read the fanfics.

No, I don't think there should be a book of it.
The story works great in a game, but is too simplistic and linear for a book.
furthermore, retaining the orignal style will be near to impossible.

Another book (well, a trilogy) based on a computer game: the Krondor series by Raymand Feist also sucked.
I bet the story was good enough for a game, but it didn't work as a book.

Actually, the Grim Fandango Novel is excellent IMHO. I even did a book report on it for my English class .

Too true, the Grim Fandango is a lovely read, just like the game is a lovely play. Hmmmm.

But seriously if you do feel like contributing to an LBA book La fouine, then you may want to check out my "PROPER LBA Novel" thread here in general, a written form of the LBA2 plot, as morshem has pointed out. Last time I checked we were round about the early bits of Desert Island.

Yes but you abandoned it so that, in your words people could "continue hating me", and also as you said:
