well, I bet the LBA-modification guys should make an LBA2 map which is a labyrint, you walk in that kind of water which you can walk in (which is always close to the shore), but they have modified it so it's that kind of water like a path in a labyring, rest is high normal water (like walls). It should ofcourse be high enough so you can't see Twinsen himself.

That would be awesome!

What's so significant about having glasses anyway? I have glasses.

Edit: uh... there was a page 2.

I think that half the MBN members have glasses...
I don't, which is quite weird, considering the time I spend in front of computer screens.

Nothing significant, I was just trying to make it seem like I think that guy was Dan.
Just a bad joke I guess

Not really, quite good in fact! I just didn't get it, I almost corrected you but decided I couldn't be asked.

I've been infront of a screen of-some-kind every day of my life for atleast 2 years. My eyes are fine, except they water a lot when i look at other people's eyes - which makes it look like i'm crying

Even if screens ruin your eyes, glasses are needed only when you need glasses since you're born

and my eyes change colour time to time anyway ^^

I never needed glasses until a few years ago... and my eyes are continuing to get worse. I think reading a lot is also bad, especially if you do it close up (like I do far too much... I read in bed with the page right next to my face). You do find that geeky-type people do actually wear glasses more than other people; the stereotype is true to life.

Yeah, it's a actually a constant, the more people in the world can read, the more people need glasses. A few hundred years ago, people only got blind when they were really old, or head some deasease. My sight got worse after some illnes with my eyes, everybody's been whyning of course that it's becouse of the PC screen, but that's bullcrap. I actually miss my old sight an all, It was very sharp, now the whole world got cleaner... .

Ehm yes, on topic. If Twinsen had glasses it would be difficult for him to swim!

For lens wipers, it requires at least a battery power... Or maybe solar power. How can you manage to carry glasses with a power thread leading down to the battery on your shirt all day?

It doesn't rain all day
Maybe there should be like, when it's raining you can attach the glasses to the battery in your shirt and instead of wipers there'd be like hairdryer or something.

Nope.
Hermione casts a spell on them during a quidditch match to make them behave that way, but I don't think it's permanent...

Twinsen wearing glasses... now there's an idea... did you ever see a main character in a game with glasses?

I wear glasses when I'm outside of the house. However, inside I can pretty much manage...

I think that flying with the Dino-fly freely around the world or island is much more interesting than swimming.
