LBA1: The final scene, after you kill FunFrock, it's such a sad yet happy moment, it's all over, you should be happy, but you can't help but feel sad that it won't be a little bit longer.

LBA2: Every time you go to a new island for the first time, it's always gives me a rush to explore it, it's a very interesting feeling.

I'm quite sure we've had these threads before. Generally, the rebel assault wins in LBA 1.

LBA 1: The Hamalayi mountains part, specially when you are going to access the Clear Water Lake!!

It was on Hamalayi where I started to think about LBA1 like a great game, instead of a good one.

LBA 2: I'm not sure, almost the whole game. Of course there are some really cool moments! Like the island of the Dome of the Slate, wow transparency and stars!
Or the beginning of the game(Storm in real-time man!) and the Emperor's Palace, etc.

LBA1: Escaping the citadel. When you're outside you enter a big world, with no idea what to do.

LBA2: don't know... it's either the first visit to white leaf desert, or the crashing on Otringal.

LBA2: Every time I discovered a new thing (new island, solution to a task), and the final video made my hands shake of emotion.

LBA1: Every time I discovered an island which is not reachable in LBA2, especially the hamalayi.

Tough question. Reading through other people's suggestions has persuaded me that it's time to play LBA 1 again though (generally get around to this every 18 months or so). I agree reaching the Hamalayi Mountains, the Rebel's Invasion and White Leaf Desert were cool moments (LBA 1 of course).

I love all the parts in the Hamalayi range. I think it's the idea that you're in a really small part of a much larger area. Funky Town also springs to mind.

For LBA2, I love the Undergas, particularly the Wannie village, the Ferryman and the Mosquibee battle.

LBA1: After you bought the boat, being able to go a lot of places. The Hamalyi assult was good too.

LBA2: Hard to say, all memories from it were equally good, best was perhaps after you got the wizard tunic.

LBA1: I had spend literaly days on the first island, without tunic and ball. So when i could finally leave it was a great feeling.

LBA2: Running around in the white leaf desert with the blowpipe was sweet pressing enter a lot.

LBA 1: Getting to Port-Belooga for the first time - it was just somehow a relief after all this fighting which I was very bad at.

LBA 2: The moon.

no, I did play it many times ( and finish it too ), but not as many times as LBA2 and yes, I didn't really enjoy the game too much since I first played LBA2 and that was just .... magnificent

Something similar happened to me. A long time ago, accidentally discovered a ripped version of Relentless, installed it once or twice, but couldn't even escape from the Citadel, thought the game was too difficult and deleted it. Then one day, my 486 was replaced with a slightly newer used machine. The hard drive wasn't cleared up before that computer was sold, so I found some interesting stuff in there, including LBA2. Again, it was a rip, but the game was nicely re-voiced in Russian! (If compared, the Twinsens' voices sounded quite similar, too bad I accidentally removed the Russian speech files) That is when I got to know and love the world of Little Big Adventure. And of course, after that I played through Relentless to fill up my knowledge of the glorious Twinsunian history
