Ok as for Charaters, I think we will be using the following:

Twinsen - (in his car)
Raph - (not racing)
The Weather Wizard (unknow car)
Zoe (not racing)
Random Grobo (unknow car)
Rabbibunny (on bike)
Luc (not racing)
DI Racer (in his car)
Esmer (unknow car)
Joe the Elf (unknow car)
The Temple Park Security Guard (his Temple Park Van)

any mroe suggestions?

I was thinking something more on the lines of having two games - Arcade and Career

In arcade, you can race anyone, it'll all be random.
In career, you're Twinsen (of course) and you have to complete the races in this order...

Zoe - Standard Car (Tutorial)
Ralph - Standard Car, like Twinsen's.
The Temple Park Security Guard - Park Van
Bob - Standard Car
Joe the Elf - Standard car with Joe's own tweaks.
Luc - Standard Car
The Weather Wizard - Standard Car with his own tweaks.
FunFrock - Standard Car with his own tweaks (BOSS)
Rabbibunny - Motorbike (CHEAT)
DI Racer - His 'super' car (CHEAT)
Esmer - UFO (CHEAT)

Now the stats of each car...
Twinsen - Acceleration: 2 Top: 2 Handling: 3
Zoe - Acceleration: 2 Top: 2 Handling: 3
Ralph - Acceleration: 3 Top: 2 Handling: 3
The Temple Park Security Guard - Acceleration: 2 Top: 3 Handling: 2
Bob - Acceleration: 4 Top: 2 Handling: 3
Joe the Elf - Acceleration: 2 Top: 4 Handling: 2
Luc - Acceleration: 3 Top: 3 Handling: 3
The Weather Wizard - Acceleration: 4 Top: 2 Handling: 4
FunFrock - Acceleration: 3 Top: 5 Handling: 3
Rabbibunny - Acceleration: 4 Top: 4 Handling: 3
DI Racer - Acceleration: 4 Top: 4 Handling: 4
Esmer - Acceleration: 4 Top: 5 Handling: 4

But that's just my 2 cents.
I, not long ago, wanted to do this game actually... But ow that BusyBee has taken over, I think that that's better!

everything else you said are great ideas, but there is going to be a story to it. The race anyone option sounds cool but obviously you will have to unlock characters and tracks. Thanks for the imput.
