Dosbox Sound For LBA2

Hi Everyone,

Does anyone know if you can get sound running LBA2 in Dosbox? I'm trying to run the game in Windows XP on a reasonably new PC and it seems to work quite well except for the fact that it's totally silent. Is this a common problem?

LBA2 runs fine for me in XP without the need for any auxillary programs.... you tried it that way?

Tried It

I tried running it normally and it cuts out after the EA sign comes up and my computer automatically restarts.

Download the latest CVS DOSBox from here, and install LBA2 using DOSBox. Choose Sound Blaster 16 or Sound Blaster Pro, and of course when running higher the CPU cycles. It should work.
