No, that there's a possibility to upgrade the PC version of LBA1 with a better Twinsen model.

Miain difference is that he hasn't got those cavities for eyes, but eyes like in LBA2.

Well Jesse I can't really get the model out... but from what I can see - from a modelling standpoint the model seems cleaner, the arms have more volume, and the head is "fuller".

Well, no idea about the .BLK file (but I'm going to dig out my copy of the LBA 1 PSX version later and inspect that file's format), but CREDITS.HQR I suspect is related to LBA 2's LBA2.HQR which serves the credits as well.

I've just found out the PSX version contains much higher quality music because the shorter tracks are also included as red book audio on the CD instead of the xmids of the PC version.

Oh God, I completely forgot about this, sorry. I'm re-downloading the PSX version of LBA 1 from a place whose link I will not disclose here for rule reasons as we speak, and I'm going to check that BLK file afterwards.
