Did you really laugh at any of it?
Seemed to me to be lots of things that should be funny but arnt.

I sniggered at the "Movies are finicanced by Nazi Gold" line, as that was a nice self-referance to the conspiract theories about how Uwe gets money after making flop after flop.
But past that point...in the actual film...nothing.

Seemed to me the thinking was "offensive things are automaticaly funny", which isnt true. You have to have more too it then that. Team America was a good example of how you can have gross/offensive things, but still take care that theres a visual or audio "joke" to the scene.

This, like Epic movie, seems to be saying "look at this, it *must* be funny because we are doing this...".
Obviously, in this case the thinking is "offensive=funny" whereas epic movie was thinking "referancing = funny".
