Guys - the more posts are here, the more often I have to mark the LBA Prequel Forum read... Try to avoid posting many short messages, please.

On topic: What does Fred say to this?

He actually said in the chat, that if it will be good enough he might consider it to be an official part of the LBA story.

When writing the script, we've tried to be very careful in keeping things as compatible with the original story as possible, so that it will become canonical.

...and then Fred will hire us to work on LBA 3.

I have a reason to put "plans" into quotation marks.

I already forward informations to Fred about the Prequel and what we're trying to do. Also give to him the link to the website and to the story.

Like it most do, he didn't reply to what I forward to him, but I surely know he read that, and that's what is most important.

I think it would be great if the setting mimicked the romantasized/LBA version of the 18th century ("Treasure Island" kind of stuff). Old Ships, primative firearms, classic taverns, yaaaar.

Naturally, you'd have to change the appearance of all the buildings/roads

Lightwing - There is certainly a conscious effort in the scriptwriting to make sure that the user will know that this is Twinsun, but Twinsun generations before Twinsen and the original LBA games. I think you'll be very pleased with the result.

Yeh, well I'm glad you guys are going for the Hegesippe story.

I've been wanting to create a game based around it (or have Adeline make one) ever since LBA1.

I hope you'll like it. You should check out the script (since you're a mod ), unless you don't want to spoil it, which I recommend.

They are not very far in grid design yet, according to the planification Anyway, you would have to play it in twin-e.

Could be sooner, could be later. It really depends on how soon we perfect the modeling tools and finish the script.

Well, I think the script is coming along well...I've gotten four chapters done, and I'm confident I could add another three before the year ends at least. It should be completed within six months. So if that's any indication...

Like JJ said, he'll probably finished the script till next summer and thats when we're expecting to work even hard on it. If that happens before, we'll prepare all the things few by few till the summer comes with all team with a little more free time to spend on the project.

You shouldn't expect the demo so early next summer, sorry. We're not doing like all other projects, by release always what they're doing. After we have lots of things done and a playable part of the game, we than release a demo. It will be a LBA1 and LBA2 demo like, so you should know what to expect.
