Other games by...

I was recently looking at Moby games, at the LBA credits particular.
Under them, they have a helpfull feature that lists other games members of the team have worked on:
Quote:
Twinsen's Odyssey, a group of 18 people
Time Commando, a group of 14 people
Toy Commander, a group of 9 people
Fade to Black, a group of 7 people
Alone in the Dark, a group of 6 people
Atlantis: The Lost Tales, a group of 6 people
Outcast, a group of 4 people
Dragon Riders: Chronicles of Pern, a group of 4 people
Road Rash 3: Tour De Force, a group of 4 people
Shadow of the Comet, a group of 4 people
Egypt 1156 B.C. - Tomb of the Pharaoh, a group of 4 people
Syberia II, a group of 4 people
Road Rash, a group of 3 people
Space Hulk, a group of 3 people
Titeuf méga-compet', a group of 3 people
FIFA International Soccer, a group of 3 people
Shaq Fu, a group of 3 people
Dark Earth, a group of 3 people
Eternam, a group of 3 people
Desert Rats vs. Afrika Korps, a group of 3 people
V-Rally 3, a group of 3 people
Inca II: Nations of Immortality, a group of 3 people

I really liked Dark Earth...allthough its mostly the voicecast thats the same. (Christian Erickson also has voiced Indigo Prophecy, incidently).
In fact, 4 people from LBA2 worked on Indigo Prophacy.

Quote:
Time Commando, a group of 25 people
Relentless: Twinsen's Adventure, a group of 22 people
Toy Commander, a group of 17 people
Syberia II, a group of 13 people
Fade to Black, a group of 7 people
Outcast, a group of 7 people
Still Life, a group of 7 people
AmerZone: The Explorer's Legacy, a group of 7 people
Boarder Zone, a group of 6 people
Atlantis: The Lost Tales, a group of 6 people
Seven Games of the Soul, a group of 5 people
The Devil Inside, a group of 5 people
Alone in the Dark, a group of 5 people
Egypt 1156 B.C. - Tomb of the Pharaoh, a group of 5 people
XIII, a group of 5 people
Dark Earth, a group of 5 people
Omikron: The Nomad Soul, a group of 4 people
The Sacred Amulet, a group of 4 people
Syberia, a group of 4 people
Mister Quizz Et La Malédiction Du Manoir , a group of 4 people
Indigo Prophecy, a group of 4 people
Rayman Arena, a group of 3 people
Gold and Glory: The Road to El Dorado, a group of 3 people
Titeuf méga-compet', a group of 3 people
V-Rally 3, a group of 3 people
I wondered has anyone played any of these?
What do you think of them?

Played Syberia, Syberia II, The Devil Inside, Outcast, Indigo Phophecy

Syberia:
nice advanture, really enjoyed the mood that was set during the game

Syberia II:
not as great as the first one

The Devil Inside:
A survival horror, was set around a TV gameshow. Never finished it, but was nice.

Outcast:
Played it for a while, the camera was annoying and a couple of other things I guess. Didn't leave a major impression.

Indigo Phophecy:
GET READY!

I played Fade to Black ages ago but didn't realize at the time it was done by LBA people. Must be a hard one to find now...

Don't recall them being horrible... then again, it was quite some time ago since I played. And I remeber the same thing with Crusader: No Remorse, but when I played that game again recently it was actually quite terrible

I still have Fade to Black (it was Flashback 2 , for an Amiga user like me it was a must to play), and I still have the game, it was nice, but the controls were very crapy...

All fixed perspective servival horror games have horrible controlls
Its, like, an unwritten rule.
(well, actualy its probably more to do with the unnaturalness of the camera)

But Fade to Black wasn't exactly a survival horror, I would call it the first action TPP ever, with horrible controls of course. Oh, and I've still got Devil Inside somewhere, but I didn't liked it very much...
The Inca was a strange game, I never liked FPP adventure games.
It's sad that those Dragon riders are not a PC game, I liked the books very much.

I've played:

Outcast - awesome action/adventure, in my top5 all-time favourite games.

Syberia - very nice, great atmosphere

Indigo Prophecy (Fahrenheit) - awesome, very original, although hardly replayable and very very short.

XIII - the graphics were a nice feature and the gameplay was ok. Some scenes and situations however were straight copies from other superiour FPS games such as Half-Life and No One Lives Forever. Seriously!

Omikron: the Nomad Soul - Very nice, although perhaps too ambitious, tries to be too much and fails at a lot of gameplay aspects.

On the lowest setting it was very easy actually, I got most sequences in one go. It might be easier to play with a joypad. I didn't bother trying harder settings though, I wanted to continue the storyline all the time.

yeah David Gasman is great too, I'm suspecting he did Twinsen's voice in LBA2.

He did Cutter Slade's voice in Outcast and Lucas Kane's voice in Fahrenheit, so he's my personal hero just for that. I really liked his acting there.

Interesting:

Fred apperently helped out on a movie, he is in the "thanks" list.
(It is, a film about video games, I note)

Woah...wait a second....Double H??

But...Double H sounds nothing like Lucas Kane...I mean...Lucas Kane's voice is so lame compared to the voicework of Double H....that's really strange.

I have a hard time believing this.

Yes, it is hard to believe isnt it?

I mean, I know IMDB isnt totaly reliable, but he is also on Moby games too...and its not something people would casualy make up.

I think DoubleH is just a very "put on" voice, these are voice artists after all.
