Thats a pretty good model
Much too low for the film, but it is a simerlar style to what I had in mind for the film.
(that is, quetch preportions, but inset eyes rather then the outset ones in the game)

Gobbles, I made this model from scratch, but it's so lopoly becouse in the editor for my game I have limited tools and I don't know anything (yet ) about using 3DS max, so in this editor I draw every triangle individually, by hand - I start from drawing a "net" from points and then I connect them with triangles, than I use the flat shaded mode to see which triangles are badly shaded and I change them manually...
Darkflame, yestarday I was looking on some older threads and I found out that you guys had a similar Idea to make Twinsen (the skull-sketch thingie). If you want I can transport it to .3ds and upload it on the mbn.

O'k, here it is, just rename it to .3ds (was to lazy to zip it ) I'd only like to ask you one thing, if you'll do anything with it, or have any Ideas about how to ipmrove it, or if you could just make it more polly in 3DS max, PM me Making it more poly in this editor of mine is well, not very pleasant

Perhaps it could be adjusted by hand ? - It looks better, but there's something strange with it

Using the smoothing levels / weighting would help, so you have it sharper in some places then others.

Still not sure how good you could get it though

I don't quite get what you're talking about. Meshsmooth + Chamfering always works perfect for me

For the model itself.. Yeez.. That pointy nose is really wrong imo..

Applying a meshsmooth with just the defaults will smooth everything the same amount...but you can play with the "levels" and "weights" on the settings to get things more realistic.
(eg, the stronger the weight of a vertex on the low poly model, the more the meshsmoothed version gets "pulled" towards it)
