Hundred Best Things EVER part1: Ideas

Ok, just for the hell of it I decided to do a few threads to work out the
Hundred Best Things Ever.

This can include anything, games, movies, books, ideas, objects, toys....absolutely anything.

Naturely LBA players are the most inteligent, cultured elite group on the planet and therefor it is down to us to work this out!

In a few weeks we will have a nonimation thread.
Then a voteing thread.

so;
So, are Star Wars Lego The Game, Futurama and The Thoery of Relativity greater or worse then jafa cakes?

We will soon know the answere to this important question!

*This initial thread is just intended to be a fun dicusion of what you think its the best stuff ever. Let your ideas run wild.*

Beer. The cause, and solution, to all of lifes problems!

Actually I hate beer.

Leonardo Da vince, for somewhat inventing perspective in the art of drawing and painting. I know he wasn't the first, but I think most people after him were inspiried by him. Art was never the same again after him! YAY!

John Reul Ronald (or was it the other way around) Tolkien, for being one of the first patriots of fantasy writing as something serious.

Joanna K. Rowland: For the being the biggest eye opener of people to the genre of fantasy.

Internet: For being the ultimate source of freedom... and mind control.

Elvis Presley: He's not the pope, but he is the king. Nah, actually I'm not too keen on Elvis.

Nintendo: For being the company that almost created video gaming by itself into what it is today.

Sony Playstation: For making more people than ever before, aware of the gaming industry.

Forrest Gump: For creating the smily!

I'll second Weird Al Yankovich, Muppets and the Internet.
The internet not for what it is, but for what it will become.

Other stuff:

* My Wacom! I love my Wacom!
* Super Monkey Ball. The Game. The Concept. The idea! Monkeys in balls!! GENIUS!
* The film "Amelie"
* Biro's
* Pillows
* Lemons
* Stan's theme-tune music from Monkey Island

First of all, does anyone disagree with sex being the bext thing ever?
Because i'm pretty sure it should be number one.

Anyway:
Pancakes, music, Ren and Stimpy, strap-on dildos.

Hedonistic Utilitarianism would agree with you there, Anakin, although it would also assert (in the same vein of logic) that being strapped to a heroin machine 24/7 is the best thing ever.

My best thing? uuuhhh....music.

Only one thing to say at this post's behalf (and Anakin, no offence, I don't hate you, but I just find it hilarious):

The best thing ever:

I'll second 24 and Choclate

(even if Season 4 seems to be a non-stop run of torture scenes O_o)

Once you get used to it, I find its much better then a mouse.
(absolute movement rather then relative movement saves a hell of a lot of arm/hand movement).

So it helps with everything pc based, imo.
A small number of games it dosnt work with though, unfortunatly.

As for drawing, no not much.
But I do need to use PSP a lot, and it helps a lot with that.

Ameline was the most boring load of tripe I've ever watched, but maybe I need things too extreme a la David Lynch movies.

Amelie is extream (guy commiting sucide ends up landing on your mother, killing her? come on!), it just does it in a nice way

Besides, I prefer Cronenberg myself.

And on that note Id like to add the Organic Gun that Shots Teath (eXitenZ) onto the list ^_^
