save game on lbawin

Oh wow... first let me say that I can't believe how many lba fans are out there! I seriously thought I was the only one! lol, this is just incredible how much people still care about these games, and let me say they are without a doubt my all-time favourite games ever!

So.. my problem... I have recently discovered lbawin much to my delight, however I can't see an option in-game to save your game, nor can I find any information about this on the lbawin website. I know they disabled some features to be able to get the game working, but surely there's a way to be able to save your spot?
I bet the answer's really simple, which makes me look like a total noob haha
Anyway, any help with this is much appreciated!

1st of all: Welcome to the MBN!
Well, LBA1 has a complex save system, but all you have to know that it saves automatically when you quit the game and there are certain save spots where it saves even without quitting. I don't think LbaWin has any features disabled, it even has more features (disable wall hit or quick action key for instance)

The save system is not the one most gamers are used today. You basically only copy save game files, while the game automatically autosaves on the save that you opened in the current gaming session (or the one you just created when selecting 'New Game').

Ahhhh ok! See, I knew it was something simple lol. It's been a good 10 years since I played the game last, but Back in the day I finished it numerous times and I'm so glad I have the chance to play it through again!
Thankyou for your replies!
