LBA text editor + Hebrew + Windows 7 = ?

Hello modding people.

A while ago I decided to go over the Hebrew translation for the LBA games and fix some things. I initially did that on a WinXP computer and kargeor's text editor, and it was just fine there. But now I'm on a a Windows 7 machine, and the Hebrew is inverted there. I tried with some other programs mentioned in thread 7000, but in all of the them the Hebrew was either inverted or in gibberish (i.e. I see Latin letters instead of Hebrew).

I sent an e-mail, to Fishos, about this matter, but he just ignored my e-mail!!

So, anyone knows of a solution?

Huh? Sorry, I thought you just sent me the updated files and I'm waiting for when I have some time to implant them. Don't know about your Windows 7 problem.

Try to run them in XP compatible mode (somewhere in the executable properties).

Yes.

By the way, in Obrasilo's program I can see Hebrew (just forgot to change the CharSet), but it's still inverted.

I haven't even noticed . But even when it's aligned right to left, the text is still inverted.

What the...
I just tried downloading an old file ChaosFish sent me with the extracted text files, and it worked just fine... I guess the only problem was that I did something wrong with extracting them...

Thanks for trying to help, anyway

My editor needs to be rewritten anyway. I'm seeing if I can make one single program that can edit:
1. LBA Text (both normal and Japanese/DBCS);
2. Regular LBA Fonts;
3. Japanese LBA Fonts.

However I'm not going to promise any release date/time, as at the moment I'm busing learning Java in order to get a programming job in a company near me, half of the time, but I'll see what I can do.

Work on LBA Resource Manager version 4.0.0 hasn't stopped yet either.
