Mbn in advert :)

Hey guys I have helped make mbn famous Currently working on an advert for a newspaper called the Daily Mail which is to be shown in cinemas. You should see it before Pirates of the Caribean 3 Long story short its a crowd of men against a crowd of women ( Lord of the Rings style) and Ive had to clothe and texture all the men and women I have added the official MBN tshirt as one of the outfits! See if you can spot it

Lol, sneaky Lewi-G.

Will I be able to see it in the cinema if I go today? Or you think it will only be before that movie?

Also very cool that you made an advert!

that's so wickedly cool.
Don't think we'll get that advert here though.
Would be nice if a video will be available online!

The advert isnt complete yet we are still working on it But it will be in the adverts before Pirates of the Caribean 3 in the UK

I will try and upload a video once its out in the cinema. Its a mass crowd of people and we are adding extras in the back to make the scene look bigger so look from the third row back for white tshirts. It has the 4 ball logo on the chest in the middle.

There should be quite a few variations of it (long sleeved/short sleeved) because we dont have enough textures!

Because they are cgi extras they will be hidden a little behind smoke and flags but ill do my best to find a full shot

I was looking forward to this movie anyway.

I never knew all cinemas had to have the same advertisements, I thought different companies would have different ones.

Around the time this movie gets released in UK, can someone bump this thread so I don't forget

I thought each cinema had the same ads for each movie, cos when I went a few days in a row I swear I saw like all the same ads.

Fantastic! Great work

Was on my must-see list anyway.
===
I think cinemas normaly have some adverts fixed with the film, and others that vary. Certainly the number of adverts can very depending on film and time you see it.

Cheers Life is getting good now work-wise!

Just finished another 2 adverts. One was an ice farting squirrel for a chewing gum advert! And the other one was the newest ford advert where the driver is passing life sized toys and driving through books and under toyboxes.

Yeah its about a month old now. Only just seen it on tv myself There is a bit of a time lag from when we complete an advert to when its shown on air. Sometimes Im talking about adverts to my friends (not in the industry) and they dont know what im talking about because its not been shown yet

Thats because your with the "in" crowd in the business.
*jealous*

I have only ever got one bit of my 3D work on tv,and even then they replaced the cool xray shader I made with flat transparent blue.
bah.
