(posting from the subway)
It's pretty good indeed, probably the best thing is to be able to be notified of the new posts as they come.

I use a different app than Kitarii, and I can't access old threads, only recent ones... Is it a problem with the app ?

Which app is that? Is it using the tapatalk API? I have no problem seeing old threads with tapatalk anyway...

Polaris it sounds like you're in the "recent" or "latest" part of the app, are you sure there's not another section somewhere to browse the whole forum?

Tapatalk doesn't support android 4.0 ? :|

could be that I'm using a costum firmware on a phone that should be using android 2.3 but I've never had any problem like that before

I paid 0.89€ on iOS for tapatalk (not tapatalk 2 which is more expensive and seems to have bad reviews).

I'd pay for almost any app below 1 euro that I'd want to try, but this one is indeed worth it. No more getting lost in scrolling, and insane zooming to push that "go to last post" button. Plus you get notified of new replies.

I definitely recommend it, as Link says, the notifications are nice, and it's very easy to browse and read updated threads. I had been using the main site on my phone quite a lot lately, and this app is a huge improvement.

There are two versions, Tapatalk 1 and Tapatalk 2. They're both still supported, I can't really see many differences between the two version but supposedly Tapatalk 2 is some sort of premium option.

It's still worth it for £1.99.

Just tried/trying this tapatalk thing. Whoa, it's like a whole new MBN. Everything is so pleasing to read, the fonts so smooth... *_*

sgk: Think of it this way: it's like a message in a bottle. In our world, we put a message inside a bottle to protect it while it travels through the oceans to reach some other island. In other worlds, they put a message inside an asteroid to protect it while it travels through space to reach some other planet. In this case it is a gift, a guitar, rather than just a message.

Yo, stopped by and saw this thread and yeah I think it's pretty awesome MBN supports this as I much prefer reading forum posts as opposed to reading peoples/friends life stories on social media which most of the time doesn't follow a topic of interest.

Just installed Tapatalk and I'm really liking this Hoping to check in on the MBN more regularly with this app to help me. I wonder if I can get the app to inform me when someone posted something.

ditto.
Social media networks these days just seems like a "waterfall" of posts, with it being pot-luck if there's anything interesting to you when you look.
