Yes. I do see what you mean Bot13 by having the balls arc over the text from in front to behind, but it kind of gets in the way of the M too much.

Well it would still be nice to have a Twinsen in it. But unless we can find a Twinsen that really fits into the logo I guess we have to drop that idea

Y'see the Twinsen y'got up there now at the top, could you have him next to the "Magicball Network" text? Or like, hanging onto one of the magic balls, like he's hanging onto the group of people thingy atm.. ?

"Twinsen! Give me your balls!" "No way! I'm hanging on to theese."

I don't really like that Twinsen, I think there could be a more dark logo, to stand with a more dark and serious LBA1 like MBN layout.

dark as in sinister?
or as in lack of lighting?

I prefer the former. I think the last revision of alexfont's logo could also work well for more darker (=lack of lighting) themes.

At the end have of the image, curve it down to rejoin the white background, and also (Just thinking here) to have a softer look, the corners of the forum's white, have the corner of a rounded rectangle.

Ricochet> You right-click your desktop, click on the tab that has something with looks/appearance, and then click on Advanced button. You'll get the hang of it.

Something called wincustomise (i think).
Just search for "Windows Themes" in google and you'll find something.

You can use TGT softs StyleXP for that, there's hundreds of themes for it in the net. You can have a look at how my desktop looks at that latest "show your desktop" thread .

Your idea looks nice, it could work like that.

Anyway, I still think the red ball should be behind the M

Anywho, when will you give me the goods

I definitelly vote for this one, and i can't wait to see it on the site:

then i suggest this one in another theme (that's my 2nd choice), i don't like the last versions of this one, i prefer with just 2 circles and the ball was not really cool

then why not a gay pink lba theme for the forums, could be fun, you're not obliged to use it:

really i'd love to be able to choose this theme sometimes, could be fun and change a bit.
But definitelly the first ruuuuuuules !!!!

Lol, you've got a point, Dan, that's actually a pretty nice logo, but I think it is time for a change, and I'ma gonna vote for Alexfonts, either are good, placement of the red ball is irrelevant, it's cool either way.

Alexfont logo.
Just like it.
Twinsen would be too much.
It's just simple, efficient, and it fits the default design of the site.
Also, the red ball is better like it and not behind imo.
One last thing : I suggest to make 2 main designs, one more colorfull using the current default style and Alexfont's logo, and the other using a darker logo as Jasiek says and a dark style like the old brown one, something more like LBA1, because there seem to be 2 kind of LBA fans, the LBA2 fans, and the LBA1 fans who prefer darker things maybe, less recreative, see what i mean ?
Then we just vote for the main style the, one which is set as default for the 'others'...
What's your opinion ?
