What you had MOST problems with in the game

Arrrrr mine was that %"¤"# francos fragment! It was many years ago too, so i didn't know about online cheating hehe.. But then i did, but then the game was dissappeared (this was about one year after i gave up finding the fragment) i found it again ONE YEAR LATER hahaha and completed it! Hoho! That game was getting so much on my nerves that I was even DREAMING how to get it!!! But now everything is sehr gut ja, and i just discovered this forum, i though i was the only lba obsessive hihii!

I found the Francos fragment in an instant, I thought it was a nice puzzle, with the hints and all.

Where I was stuck was to get into the gazogem refinery (you need to jump the fence, I presumed I couldn't jump on the pipes because they would be too high -_-).

I don't remember much other points where I got stuck; in LBA2 you get a lot of clues from everybody on what you should do next.

LBA1 however was pretty hard, with a lot of travelling back and forward, and unsure on what island you're supposed to do something next.

Hehe and i made it over the fence in an instant

But since i am from norway and i never knew what basin was, i searched the dicitonary (desperate yes) and it had a word that described the little pond with the sea monster, so i always thought it was there haha and the fences pointing in that direciton and all...

Lba1... grmph i didn't like that, it was so hard and confusing, and i bought it AFTER no. 2

Pffffeeeeeew, so I'm not the only one who dreamed of getting LBA2, waking up and being disapointed I still didn't have it...

And yes, the Franco frag was the most anoying (especially because of my rather limited English back then )

I followed the clues carefully, but it didn't help me, and i understood the clues well! i think.

I actually didn't understand the clues in the Burgermaster's Notes until I started a new thread about them and some people explained them to me. I just happened to dig there first time I played, because it looked like a nice place to dig .

And jumping on the pipe so that you can get to the fence of the gazogem refinery was so obvious, how could you miss that?

Welcome to the forum, btw. Dubidu? Are you an Israeli or something?

None, actually. I only had problems with LBA1 (The clear water pooring over the Runic Stone).

oh yes, the Runic stone

I was like "Oh well, let's try this"

and then Boom

the stone was probably made of Cesium or Kalium

It took me for a while to recognize I shouldn't be standing in Desert Island while it's raining. I explored the whole island when I found that babe sunbathing on the beach saying; "What a nice weather" or something like that. That happened only because I couldn't find the open window on Citadel Island to release the jammed door at the top of the stairs. That was one month work. To find that door.

What? That's like the most obvious part of the game! How could you miss that?

LBA: The Temple of Bú. I got stuck there (maybe cos I was about 7 when I played it ^^.) Erm, got stuck inside of the Fortress on Fortress Island, where you had to pour water over the stone. In the end, I realised by fluke when I began using random items in my inventory.

LBA2: This game was too easy, which is why I preferred LBA a lot... I didn't remember getting stuck anywhere.

First my biggest problem was that blowgun test (couldn't do it with the magicbal;l so tried a penguin but the game chrashed everytime I did that ).
And after that it took me a while to figure out I had to shoot the arrow signs in the Temple of Bu.

I think I had the most problems with the fragment you have to dig... it was really frustrating, and then I got an internet walkthrough just for that part. for the other parts I didn't use it

In LBA1 I seriously had problems with the "interactive" fighting part in the snow, because I didn't know you had to destroy some kind of satelite receiver in the 1st scene. And with the runic stone of course...

I hade many problems with LBA1...
Like Q-Wi-Q, the first one was to get it run

Then the temble of Bù was an hard part, espectially the spiky rolling cylinders. Plus, I played LBA2 before it, so i was accustomed to be able to save everywhere in the game. I think that's were I spend the most time on LBA. The hard point was also to find the key to Sendell's well, near the end of the game...
That Bulldozer were really hard to pass through...

In LBA 2, i got stuck nowhere, but the part that really annoyed me was Volcano Island, undergaz... I didn't tried my jetpack, I tried to jump from moving stone to moving stone, to finally discuss with Mosquibees who weren't necessary to complete the game... Gosh.
