blue death with LBA2

My computer had a reinstall and LBA2 doesn't work now. I could install it, but when I start the game, the blue death comes out after a few seconds and the computer resets itself. I don't understand why, cuz I could play on this computer before the reinstall.
I downloaded directX 9.0c but it didn't fix the problem.

My computer isn't very strong, i'm not sure if it will work well with it... what bothers me the most, that nothing really changed on my computer, and still i can't play LBA2.

Maybe you have too much stuff on your computer or maybe some program that dosent let you play, and sometimes things like this happens with computers. Strange machines indeed..
