No wall hit without LbaWin?

There's a a "no wall hit" option in the LbaWin settings. Is there any way to archive this when running the unmodified game through DOSBox?

LbaWin is great and all, but gives me distorted colors, and I rather not run it in a window.

That is a problem that many older games have under Windows 7. Apparently this is caused by the Windows Explorer. Open your Task Manager and close the explorer. After that, open LbaWin via the Task Manager and you can play it without the distorted colors. If you are done playing, just open the explorer again via the Task Manager.

Oh, and if you plan to record LbaWin in fullscreeen with fraps or another program this way it won't work. You can play with the normal colors but the video program records the distorted color version.

Wow. How did you ever find out such a thing? Works exactly as you said.

I even created a bat-file for it, so it works very good:

taskkill /f /im explorer.exe
lbawin.exe
start c:\windows\explorer.exe

Kills explorer, starts the game, the restarts explorer when you quit the game. :-)

Are there any problems with LbaWin in general? I mean the game is completably and nothing is missing? Will I get the complete experience this way?
