The discovery of the Hamalayi

December 9th 1924

A huge boat with 32 very herioc people who where about to discover the Hamalayi, 1 Grobo, 2 Quetches, 3 Spheros, 2 Rabbibunnies and ofcourse the other 24 men that organized the ship. The Hamalayi could be the key to the many other Islands, while the ship is losing fuel the white block in the sea comes still closer the gas gauge of the ship is low and they that soon will be over, they sing some song about finding land, but when did it a long time they did'nt notice whats happening with ship and crused angainst the Hamalayi. Fortunetly no causelty or kill's. They set a ladder on the land and stepped out. The voyagers, the Grobo, 2 quetches , 3 spheros and the 2 Rabbibunny's go explorer the land while the others build and set up a camp.
The fuel is very low so they called someone to replenish the tank, but that take a month to note and realise it, but the other reserves are still high to keep it up for a half-year. 1 Grobo and 1 quetch finally found the nothern coast line, it was beatifull the small sun that was rising down. And it was incredible in every way. The green light near the downing sun was Sendells Well wich looked beautyfull. The great islands they saw where they attempt to tell to the captain.

To be continued...

Heheh, cool. Sounds like a military report

P.S. How did people know that there were islands behind the Hamalayes if they never went through it?

But binoculars are too weak to see past miles and miles of land. Even if there was a strong telescope that could theoretically see through the length of the Hamalayi Range, the blizzards, mountains and other atmosphere barriers would block vision.

Sorry to be such an ass about this, I just can't get it out of my mind how it works.

ah, people have been over and through the himalayas but not explored them as their own place, rather as a road. so they were having a look at the unexplored bits perhaps

Colombus "discovered" North America, but does that mean that no one was living there before his discovery?

You know what I mean morshem.

I was just asking what year it would be on Twinsun. If 1924, why did it take so long to discover a whole side of a planet?
