My desktop. And yes, it is ridiculously clean, I have a thing about keeping thingsin files within files rather than cluttering my desktop... just look at my system!!

Huh?!? Oh, yeah, the icon! That icon and "games folder" go together automatically in my head now, because on the very first computer I used that was the icon! My dad thought it was a good icon for some reason.

Now that I think of it, Disk Defragmenter actually could make an interesting game, sort of like Sokoban or something.

Btw I used these default Windows icons for games too once. There was a rabbit icon in these Windows default icons, I painted it green and used it on Jazz Jackrabbit.

Edit: Holy! I have "My Stuff" folder too. All my stuff is in that folder. Well, along with Personal Folders. "My Stuff" is mainly for downloaded stuff.

too lazy to make a screenshot

Heh, I used those ugly default icons once too for DOS games... Especially the apple and the TNT for some reason .
Lucky my sister likes to make icons, she made quite a lot for many DOS games.

The Disk Defragmenter icon looks a bit like Tetris. Hence games.

Because Windows has issues with changing the default browser from IE, links I click from outside of FF open in IE. But normally, I use FF exclusively.

Rico: Try going to "install/uninstall programs" from Control Panel, go to "windows components" and uncheck "Internet Explorer". It won't uninstall it unfortunately, but it will "remove access" to it (you'll still be able to go to "C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer").

Heh, I've tried this, it still works.

It was even worse one time before, IE used to open everytime I started my computer and there was no way to stop it. I didn't have it on the start-up list or anything, I think I just had some weird program installed somewhere.

You can make an executable that operates as a shortcut to 'C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\Firefox.exe' and place it in 'C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplorer.exe'

Go to iexplorer.exe Properties -> Security -> Advanced (if you can't, make sure 'simplified file sharing' in Control Panel -> Folder Options is unchecked).
Make your own username the owner of the file, and give yourself auditing.
Now apply, and go to permissions -> edit.
Uncheck "include inheritable permissions".
Add -> Advanced -> Find now
Add "system" and deny full control.
Add your own user name and allow full control.

This action will prevent Windows from touching the file without your intervention.

(long explanation, but this will 99% surely work.)
