oh noes, sub zero temperatures there! You'll be trapped in by a snow storm tomorow!

Seriously, you should try England.

Not that I like hot temperatures anyway

That is so not freezing. It wasn't much more than that a few days ago and it's supposed to be summer here. Although today was sunny (24ish degrees maybe).

Well today it was supposed to get to 33 and it only hit 25 (wow... Summer in Winter?) but tomorrow is to get to 33 and then the day after 35 and staying like it.

This summer is going to be VERY hot! Oh, well. More beach for Sian and I

Here is my latest restyle. I had a lot of icons on my desktop before, so I felt like a cleaner look for a change.

First picture is just the desktop so you can see the awesome background and the cool taskbar.

Second picture is the start menu. Also cool.

Third picture is just some "auto-hide" pop-out toolbars I made, so I can access my desktop stuff when I need to.

the buttons are horrible on that style

nice background though.

Here's my current, note that the background pic isn't actually just that - it's a looping HD video.

My Ubuntu desktop:

And it's even cooler than it looks in the screenshot, with the Beryl "wobbly windows" and "inside the cube" thingies.

And here I am discovering the wonders of Beryl's "outside the cube"!

It can be their slogan or something - "Beryl, think outside the box!"

: Did I mention Beryl is cool?

Dare I say - Beryl is overrated?

Sure, It's good to have in order to convert Vista users/users who want hip and cool things to GNU/Linux. But, I, myself... I don't think it's that fancy. I prefer having a lightweight window manager with no OMGZ-4D-FX-LEET-stuff.

This, imho., is hot.

Everything I have enabled in Vista, I see in every day using my desktop - when in linux would you practically want to spin your desktops around?

and your beryl spinning thing looks like it needs some serious anti aliasing..
