Get Norton. It blocks popup ads

Well, most people close the pop-ups before they even finish loading...

The new 1.3b version of Mozilla doesn't have a popups blocker anymore...

Isn't removing the pop-ups blocker a step back?

some popups killer (blocker) can block other, not advertising popups.
Popups doesn't have to be advertisment...

Exactly

The only thing you really can do is to configure something like Popup killer rightly. You'll be bugged by pop-ups for a moment but after that if won't bug you anymore

A nice option would be also to be able to 'ban' certain website titles

Morshem: The only good solution, i think, is to change host.
My suggestion is Brinkster but you can only upload 1 file at a time, or you'll have to pay for FTP service or Multiple Files Upload.
Brinkster makes a pretty nasty URL, like: www34.brinkster.com/username, but for that you could use URL redirection services like XRS.net or CJB.net, i personally think CJB.net is better, but they add popups, so it would all be useless

No way I'm changing my host! You know why? Because I usually upload at least 100 files. Now, domaindlx has a great service that enables me to upload a zip file, and the site automatically extracts the files. So, what I usually do, is creating a zip file with all the new files to upload, and upload the zip file. Uploading only one file at a time will take forever!
And in case you haven't noticed, I already use cjb.net!

Ever thought of using an FTP-enabled host? You won't have to upload a file at a time then.
