Time Commando sound problem...

Hi,
First of all I'd like to apologize for postic a non-related topic here, but there is no other place where I could post this...
I recently installed Time Commando again, on my pc, which is 2 years old.
I have a SoundMAX sound card, and the midi music from TimeCommando just doesn't play - the file begins to run, but no sound is coming out, and the bars that describe the sound (u know, those jumping things ) are also idle...
What can I do?
I really wanna hear that music again...

When I tried playing Time Commando a while ago I had the same problem. I didn't really look into it though, just put the game away. I should try getting it to work again..

Edit: Just tried to run the game again and the installation works fine but the game won't run on my Win XP machine. That's for the windows install. If I try the dos install in dosbox it just opens my cdrom drive asking me to insert the cd but I have this for a lot of games so it might just be my pc. I should try running the game on my win98 pc.

Did you try to install and run the game in dosbox? If not you can still try that..
