New Admin: Jesse

Due to me being increasingly busy over the next few months, and the slight increase in spam/news.... Jesse has been assigned as a new admin!

After the necessary rituals are done, he will have a lot more control over the forum.
Please congratulate our new musical admin, and remember, if anything explodes from this point on, its probably his fault.

Admins have more abilities, like IP banning, editing profiles, or the ability to make new forums.

We got a big game commission recently that I am going to have to work fairly flat-out to help create. Its a commission we have been waiting on awhile, so I want to do a good job with it.
Additionally, I'd like to put more time into my open source projects which I feel I have left rot a bit. MBN thus dropped of my list of priorities really.

I'll still post occasionally, but I cant guarantee being here enough to be a active admin.

Dark, just out of curiosity, what will be the name of the game? And what will it be about?

No name as yet, its probably not of too much interest, its a online adventure game made for primary school kids/educational use.

lol...don't worry there's a 90% chance it will be free online to play somewhere when its done.
Educationaly funded stuff rarely cares about exclusivity/restrictions.

That said, we do have our own more "gamers game" being developed in the background, which will be (sort of) a point and click sci-fi Noir thing, running in the same engine.
That games development will be on hold during any commissions though.

Can I have access to post images in the front page website?

Also, is it possible for all Moderators at least have the option to move Threads to their moderation forum? That happens a lot when I spot something in the wrong place but don't have the option to move it.

I created those. I think we need to come up with a different way to present the different ways to buy the games. (Also need to update littlebigadventure.com (and 2 (and 3)))

The LBA1 website its pretty great, the boxes images to get the gets are excellent and I think we don't need to change.
At the moment I think DotEmu needs to have more spotlight than GOG since it has more game versions. (Maybe GoG a little small than the other)

For the new version, since we don't have a box and it's only a download, what do you think about creating something like this for both versions iOS and Android:


(without the price and with LBA image)



I will probably remove those banners on top of the forum and create a new MagicBall Network logo image (we can stick with the same logo or create a new one) and add there what we have in the lba website with direct download links.

Why would you need acces to the frontpage?

I don't think that's a great idea when you are not a mod of the forum where the thread is created. At that point you are moderating the forum you are not a moderator of.

Yes, but it happens to me a lot of times for example I want to move a thread for a forum I am a moderator and I simply can't.
That's why I think all moderators should have at least the Move thread option available, even if they don't moderate the forum they are trying to move the thread.
Well, for me it makes sense.
