LBA Resource Manager
As I said in many threads before, a replacement for the old, messy WinHQR is coming. This time, it will be an open-source (GPL license) program, which will be called LBA Resource Manager.
Well, I still have a doubt. Should I just edit the existing WinHQR (change the open/save dialogs to standard ones, adding the new style of toolbar, and menu, compression support, etc.), or should I completely re-write the program? You also have a poll here for it.

i would say re-write it. you have the algoriths, and everything to do with that. what really needed to be worked on was the interface, which surely needs to be worked up from scratch

- Golemboy: Yes, but the interface doesn't require drastic changes. Because even if I just edit the existing WinHQR, I'll replace (or at least completely change) most of the dialogs, and I'll add a menu to the main window (and modify the toolbar). But still, I could re-write it, it wouldn't be such a bad idea at all...
