I do find it a bit coincidental that the slate is so similar to LBA's. I can't believe they just randomly chose that design, certainly those who know of Fred know of LBA.

Fingers crossed this is LBA related, but more likely it's like someone else mentioned...that Ubisoft stuff that had previously been discussed.

Who ever said ubisoft project wasn't lba3? The slate is unmistakable, fred knows this, we know this, and he knows we know this! So he may be leaving a hint that only we understand, he may have accidently chose the image of the slate, or he may be playing a cruel joke!

Twinsen's Odyssey did not turn out to be Time Commando 2.

A slate similar from an LBA game doesn't mean this is going to be a sequel for it.

Surely it would have been announced on E3, not least for hype purposes if it was to be released in 2010. Out of curiosity, what happens if you use a model viewer to look at the back of the slate? Images of maps stored by the slate? I know, hopeful, but none the less entertaining (not least for fred who will laugh at our sorry state)
